MEET SUE
As the Texas saying goes…“I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could!”
I moved to Plano from St. Louis in 1991. I grew up with three brothers in a warm, loving, Catholic home. I attended elementary school at St. Thomas the Apostle in Florissant, MO and to this day, have maintained lifelong friendships made during those special years in Catholic School.
I became a member of Prince of Peace in 1991 when the parish first began, instantly falling in love with this community. After many successful years of working in the restaurant business, I decided to redirect my efforts into helping children learn more about the incredible love of Jesus.
My husband, John and I share a truly blessed and loving blended family of two adult girls. Michelle graduated from the University of Texas School of Business (Hook em’) and Jessie serves as a PK Teacher’s Assistant at Prince of Peace.
Any questions you may have regarding Children’s Religious Education age 3 to Grade 5, Sacrament Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Communion, or for unbaptized children over the age of 7 (RCIA-C), I am here to graciously serve you. I look forward to meeting you and your children and guiding them on their faith journey.
