The Catechism is one of the Church’s greatest gifts, explaining and unpacking all that we believe and proclaim—yet many are unaware of it or unsure how to explore it. Created through Ascension Press, this unique Catechism Study takes you to more than 40 remarkable locations worldwide where the sources of the Catechism originated. Foundations of Faith: A Journey Through the Catechism of the Catholic Church will guide you through the four pillars of the Catechism with a full-color, spiral-bound workbook featuring beautiful images of holy sites across the globe, along with Ascension's Catechism at a Glance chart. Over 20 sessions, you will explore the core beliefs of the Catholic faith, its biblical and historical roots, and how these teachings have developed since apostolic times. Led by renowned Catholic educators such as Dr. Edward Sri, Jeff Cavins, Dr. Marcellino D’Ambrosio, and Fr. Mike Schmitz, this program will help you understand the Catechism of the Catholic Church from beginning to end.
Meeting Times
This series runs Monday nights at 6:30 pm - 8 pm, Part One is September 14 - November 23, 2026. Part Two is January 25 - April 12, 2027. Join us for one or both parts!
