Faith and Friendship: Catholic Singles 55+ 

Faith and Friendship is a faith-centered ministry for Catholic singles ages 55 and older. Our mission is to offer a welcoming and vibrant community where you can deepen your relationship with Christ, build authentic friendships, and share your life experiences and wisdom. Through a variety of social activities, along with opportunities to attend Mass and Eucharistic Adoration together, we foster meaningful fellowship, spiritual growth, and a strong sense of belonging within the Prince of Peace community.

We gather every 2nd Saturday after the 5:00 p.m. Mass to share dinner and conversation. In addition, members are encouraged to suggest and post other activities for our members to join based on interest and availability.  These social events could include movie nights, game nights, dance or cooking lessons, shared meals, pickleball, bowling, walks, hikes, cultural events, and more. Our goal is to create a joyful, supportive community where Catholic singles 50+ can form lasting friendships, grow in faith, and enrich parish life through active participation and Christ-centered community-building.

Kick-off GATHERING

Faith and Friendship Ministry for Catholic Singles ages 55 and older warmly welcomes you to our very first gathering on Saturday, August 15, after the 5pm Mass. Our mission is to offer a warm, vibrant, and faith-filled community where Single Catholics can grow in friendship with God and one another. Whether you’re new to the parish, returning after some time away, or simply looking to meet others who share your faith, you are most welcome here. After Mass, we will gather in the Parish Hall for pizza, conversation, and connection. This will be a relaxed and friendly time to learn more about our ministry, meet others in a similar season of life, share ideas for future events, and, of course, enjoy some pizza together.
